Rescheduling
You can move your reading free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. Write to the team from your confirmation email and they will find you a new time.
Cancellations
Cancel more than 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancelling inside 24 hours is charged at 50 percent, because the slot can rarely be refilled at that notice.
If SshreeVidhyaa has to move or cancel a session, you choose between a new time and a full refund, whichever suits you.
After a reading
A completed reading is not refundable on the grounds of disagreement with what was seen. If a session is cut short by technical failure and cannot be completed or rescheduled, you are refunded in full for the unused time.
A reading that has not started can be cancelled in full; once the session has run, it counts as completed.
How refunds are paid
Refunds return by the original payment method, usually within 7 to 10 working days of approval. Write to connect@ppureenergygurukul.com with your booking details to start one.
